Instructions:
• Left click to delete rectangle
• Click and drag inside rectangle to move
• Click and drag edges to edit
• Click and drag outside rectangles to create
Observations:
• Some images may not have any detections
• When done save Label or Skip if unsure
• Remove rectangles inside other rectangles
• Don't bother with cluttered detections, just mark what you can
